Will I retain control of my kitchen? |

Yes. All chefs employed by Aged Care Hospitality Services are required to liaise with the Institution’s Manager and Director of Nursing at each location to create a personal rapport with all relevant stakeholders. This includes not only the manager and their staff, but also the residents and their families.
As an outsourced service, it is important to us that our employees embrace the culture of each institution and appear seamless with the organisational structure. |

The only difference from employing your own chef and other staff is that there are no surprises. Our chefs are trained professionals specialising in aged care dietetics and nutrition. And of course because this is what we do, we have backup staff at all levels, so that unexpected things such as illness are able to be covered. We take out the worry.
